Mr. Tummino specializes in intellectual property issues directed mainly to electrically control devices and processes, mechanical and computer related devices, and biomedical devices. His practice includes patentability opinions, patent application preparation and prosecution, infringement and validity investigations and opinions, and litigation support for major corporations. Mr. Tummino is also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University
