Ryan McCray

Ryan McCray practices in the area of intellectual property law and is a registered patent agent having experience in all aspects of patent law, with an emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of electrical-related patent applications including disclosure interviews, examiner interviews, foreign associate instruction letters, patent application drafting, responses to office actions, preparation of appeal briefs, etc. In particular, he has experience with inventions related to machine learning, artificial intelligence, telecommunications systems and networks, digital signal processing, computer software and hardware, interactive media, semiconductors, analog and digital circuits, sensor technology, gaming, materials, and e-commerce.

Prior to joining Tarolli, McCray was a Patent Agent at a Cleveland-based general practice firm preparing design and utility applications.  McCray also spent time at a medium-sized boutique firm prosecuting cases for Fortune 100 companies.  McCray worked in information technology as a full-time SQL Data Analyst in which he coded database queries, performed predictive analysis, and deployed responsive marketing campaigns.  McCray also worked in aircraft maintenance as a communication and navigation avionics mechanic in which he maintained 17 independent and dependent mission systems.
