Tarolli, Sundheim, Covell & Tummino LLP is pleased welcome Samantha R. Smart to the firm’s partnership. Ms. Smart focuses her practice on patent and trademark preparation and prosecution, as well as proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She counsels clients through a wide range of intellectual property issues, including intellectual property strategy, infringement actions, and intellectual property licensing. She also has experience in preparing and prosecuting foreign patent applications, as well as obtaining international patent (PCT) protection.
