Ms. Shebar’s practice is concentrated on trademark matters. She has extensive experience advising clients regarding the clearance, use and strategic development of their trademarks, managing their domestic and international trademark portfolios, and prosecuting their trademark applications and maintaining their registrations worldwide, including in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She has also represented countless clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in trademark infringement, trademark dilution and unfair competition litigation in U.S. federal court.

Prior to joining the Tarolli firm, Ms. Shebar was inhouse trademark counsel at Sears, Roebuck and Co., outside trademark counsel to many Fortune 100 companies, and a partner at an international law firm. Having served as both inhouse and outside trademark counsel to global corporations and small businesses alike, and having represented many individual clients in trademark matters, including pro bono representation, Ms. Shebar has counseled a diverse range of clientele and appreciates the unique perspectives and challenges of each. She seeks to understand each client’s ultimate objective and budgetary concerns for their trademark matters and to partner with them in achieving their goals.
