The Tarolli Firm typically considers attorneys with undergraduate degrees in engineering or another technical field and with 0-5 years of experience in intellectual property law. Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is desirable, and is required shortly after joining the Firm.

Patent Agents

The Tarolli Firm also considers candidates with technical experience either from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or as a registered Patent Agent.

Law Clerks

The Tarolli Firm consistently employs one or more full-time or part-time law school students in our law clerk program. Our law clerk program affords bright and talented individuals the opportunity to apply their technical background and expertise in the area of IP law while they complete their law school education. Law clerk duties primarily focus on assisting attorneys with foreign and domestic patent preparation and prosecution.
