Richard A. Sutkus
Mr. Sutkus’ practice includes all areas of intellectual property law, with emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the biological and chemical arts in the United States and abroad. Representative areas include cell therapy, gene therapy, proteomics, diagnostic assays, immunology, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, polymer science, energetic materials, coating technology, material science, semiconductors and the processes and apparatus utilized with these technologies. His client counseling responsibilities regularly require him to render assessments regarding patentability, freedom-to-operate and other intellectual property issues.
